Trouble Logging In? Here's What to Do
Logging in to your 701pub account should be quick and seamless — but if you're running into issues, here's a clear breakdown of the most common problems and how to sort them out without needing to contact support right away.
Forgot Your Password?
If you've forgotten your 701pub login password, don't stress — it happens. The fastest way to recover access is to use the password reset option. Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login form, enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn't show up in your inbox. Once you've reset your password, you'll be able to log in immediately.
Using the Right Login Credentials
The 701pub login form accepts either your registered username or your email address — whichever you prefer. Your password is case-sensitive, so make sure your Caps Lock is off and you're entering it exactly as you set it up. If you registered using a mobile number as your primary identifier, try using that alongside your password.
Tip: If you saved your 701pub login credentials in your browser's password manager, make sure it's filling in the correct email or username — especially if you have multiple accounts across different platforms saved.
Account Locked or Suspended?
For security reasons, 701pub will temporarily lock an account after several consecutive failed login attempts. If this happens to you, wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact our support team at support@701pub.best to have the lock reviewed immediately. Account suspensions for other reasons — such as incomplete KYC verification or a suspected breach — will be explained in a notification sent to your registered email.
Logging In on Mobile
701pub is fully optimised for mobile browsers on Android and iOS. You don't need to download a separate app — just visit 701pub.best in your mobile browser and the login experience is just as smooth as on desktop. For the best experience, use Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. If you're experiencing login issues on mobile, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page before attempting to log in again.
Enable Two-Factor Authentication
Add an extra layer of security to your 701pub login by enabling 2FA from your account settings. Every login will require a one-time code sent to your mobile — even if someone else gets your password, they can't get in.
Having Browser Issues?
If the 701pub login page isn't loading correctly, try opening it in a private/incognito window. This bypasses cached data and extensions that may be interfering with the login form.
Verify Your Account First
If this is your first login after registering, make sure you've clicked the verification link in your welcome email. Without verifying your account, login access may be restricted.
